We are seeking an outgoing, natural networker who has been working in the London legal finance recruitment market for a minimum of three years for the top city law firms and brings with them a set of strong relationships in our target markets as well as an impeccable professional reputation.

What You Will Bring To This Role:
- A naturally inquisitive approach to life and an appreciation for diverse thought and perspectives
- Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of the London legal financial market
- An eagerness to embrace and learn new technologies
- Strong relationships with hiring managers and HR at London’s top legal firms
- The ability to adapt in an evolving environment
- An ethical mindset, demonstrable through your career to date
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work with leaders at different levels of seniority
- The ability to move fluidly and flexibly between tasks, demonstrating resilience in light of the current recruitment market challenges
