Role: Marketing and Client Coordinator

We are seeking an outgoing, natural networker who wants to play a key role in the growth of the company. Brickfield is looking for an all-round, tech-savvy individual who can help with operations, research, marketing, data organisation, scheduling and business development opportunities. You will have the opportunity to get hands on experience when it comes to streamlining the business, and you will be working closely with the founder of the company.

What You Will Bring To This Role:
- A naturally inquisitive approach to life and an appreciation for diverse thought and perspectives
- Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- University degree of 2:2 or higher
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment
- 2+ years of B2B sales, marketing and research experience.
- Excellent online communications skills, with solid knowledge of major social media platforms, Jobadder, Mailchimp, Linkedin and Microsoft Office
- An eagerness to embrace and learn new technologies and communications channels
- Outstanding organisational skills
- The ability to adapt in an evolving environment
- An ethical mindset, demonstrable through your career to date
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work with leaders at different levels of seniority
- The ability to move fluidly and flexibly between tasks
We Value Commercial Acumen:
Your role with us will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, from client liaison to online marketing. You will need to have the ambition to build and run an effective external communications programme and manage a variety of data sets, all while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and being confident in conversation with people at all levels in business.
